Young Adult Retreat

Are you OK? That’s the question we’re asking this year at Selah. Life can feel overwhelming, and many of us carry unspoken burdens. This weekend is a chance to pause, breathe, and find rest for your soul. Join other young adults (18+) for a powerful time of worship, meaningful conversations, and community by the beach in Ocean Grove, NJ. Together we’ll seek Jesus, the One who gives real rest and peace (Matthew 11:28–29).

You’ll also have the freedom to take walks along the shore, play a game of volleyball with friends, catch a sunrise or sunset, and simply slow down to enjoy God’s presence and the gift of community.
