A focused prayer initiative for MNYD churches, leaders, and attendees to participate in through April 2024.
I commit myself and my church to pray for the following during the coming year:
district leadership transition | praying for the Lord’s choice for the next DS.
spiritual health & vitality | for each local church to have a transformative impact in their community.
pastoral wellness | spiritual, physical, emotional and financial health
next generation engagement | success in evangelizing and discipling young people & in replacing aging and retiring Church leadership (clergy & laity) with young leaders
cross-cultural fellowship | demonstrating love and unity in our diversity throughout our District.
financial strength | of each Local Church
compassionate outreach | to our neighborhoods especially in welcoming the immigrant among us

God can do immeasurably more than all we can ask or imagine when we join together in intentional prayer.
As a new year approaches, we are committed to our focused prayer initiative across our District. MNYD churches, leaders and attendees are encouraged to participate January through April in your churches on Sunday, in your homes throughout the week, or in one of the scheduled Zoom or in person prayer gatherings.
Our hope is to have every day from January 1 – April 20 covered in prayer across our District. Please take a moment to let us know what day you will commit to pray each month HERE.
